You will be managing each new professor’s customized onboarding journey and ensure they are ready to adopt the platform for their upcoming class. You will also ensure customers are familiar with using the platform in their classroom and share best practices on how to format lectures and homework. Furthermore, you will work on renewing first-time customers by maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating the platform’s ongoing value.
